Essential Qualifications:
| (1) Degree in Homoeopathy obtained from a recognized Homoeopathic institution and included in the second schedule to the Homeopathic Central Council Act. 1973. |
| (2) Post graduate degree in homoeopathic system of medicine as per second schedule to the Homoeopathic Central Council Act. 1973. |
| (3) Registration in a state or Central Register of Homoeopathy. |
