National Health Mission (NHM Sikkim), State Health Society, Government of Sikkim invites applications from the eligible local candidates having GNM/ BSc Nursing and Male Nurses for filling up 34 vacancies on contractual posts of Mid Level Provider for Health & Wellness Centre (i.e. Primary Health Sub-Centers). The last date for submission of applications is 21st July 2018.

Age Limit: 18 to 40 years for NHM and fresh candidates, No age bar for Regular Nurses.
Remuneration:
| For Regular Nurses –> | Salary plus ₹ 15000/- Incentive (if proposed and recommended by MO, I/C and CMO of respective District) |
| For NHM –> | Existing and fresh - ₹ 25000/- plus ₹ 15000/- incentive (if proposed and recommended by MO, I/C and CMO of respective District) |
Eligibility:
| (1) Nurses from the Sikkim State Sub-Ordinate Nursing Service. |
| (2) Those who are already working under NHM. |
| (3) Fresh eligible candidates. |
Selection Process: Written Examination. The Written examination will be held on 25th July 2018.
The last date of submission of the applications is 21/07/2018 at the office of Joint Director, HR/NHM. Room No. 104. HC, HS & FW Department, Tashiling Secretariat. Tentatively the bridge course for the qualified candidate after passed out examination will start from 01st August 2018 at STNM Hospital.
