Essential Qualification and Experience:
| Centre Administrator | Law degree OR Master in Social Work. Minimum 05 years working experience. |
| Case Worker | Law degree OR Master in Social Work. Minimum 03 years working experience. |
| Lawyer | Law degree with atleast 03 years working experience. |
| Counsellor | Masters in Social Work OR Clinical Psychology. Atleast 03 years work experience. |
| IT Staff | Graduate with PGDCA OR Graduation in IT with 03 years experience. |
| Multi Purpose Helper | Matriculation with minimum 03 years of experience of working as a helper, peon. |
