General Manager (Production): 55 years.
Dy. General Manager (Maintenance, MM, Marketing, Instrumentation): 53 years.
Chief Manager (MM, Instrumentation): 52 years.
No age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-SM/EWS unless applying under general merit.
✔️ Educational Qualification & Experience (as on 01/05/2025):
General Manager (Production): Full-time BE/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering; 20 years relevant executive experience in Chemical Industry (PSU/large private sector), including 8 years at senior managerial level with knowledge of modern technological developments.
Dy. General Manager (Maintenance): Full-time BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering; 16 years relevant executive experience in Chemical Industry, including 5 years at senior managerial level. Preference for Ammonia-Urea complex experience.
Dy. General Manager (MM) / Chief Manager (MM): Full-time Degree in Engineering or MBA/ PG Degree/ Diploma in Materials Management; 16/14 years relevant executive experience in Materials Management (PSU/large private sector), including 5/4 years at senior managerial level. Preference for import business experience in Fertilizer/Chemical industries.
Dy. General Manager (Marketing): PG Degree in Agriculture or MBA (Marketing specialization); 16 years relevant executive experience in marketing, including 5 years at senior managerial level in Fertilizer/ Chemical industries.
Dy. General Manager (Instrumentation) / Chief Manager (Instrumentation): Full-time BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation/ Electronics Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication; 16/ 14 years relevant executive experience, including 5/ 4 years at senior managerial level in PSU/large private sector. Preference for Fertilizer/Chemical industry experience.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Shortlisting: Based on eligibility and details provided in the online application. BVFCL may restrict the number of candidates called for interview based on convenient norms. Mere eligibility does not guarantee an interview call.
✔️ Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Outstation candidates will be reimbursed to-and-fro AC-II tier rail fare (shortest route) upon producing tickets. Final selection based on interview performance.
✔️ Verification: Candidature is provisional and subject to verification at any stage. False information or non-conformity with eligibility criteria may lead to rejection, even post-joining.
