Salary: The Salary is negotiable but candidate should mention his/her existing and expected salary in his/her Bio-data (Actual Gross Salary & CTC).
Eligibility:
Branch Manager –>
| (1) Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) / Banking of a recognized university. |
| (2) The selected candidate must acquire G.D.C. & A./ H.D.C./ D.C.B.M./ D.C.B./
D.C.M. within a period of 2 years from the date of joining the services of the Bank. |
| (3) Preference will be given to the candidate passed C.A.I.I.B. or possess a degree or diploma in Computer from a recognized University/ Institute. |
| (4) Minimum 2 years experience as an Officer in any Bank. Preference will be given for the experience of Co-operative Bank. |
| (5) Candidate should read, write and speak Marathi with fluency. |
Assistant General Manager –>
| (1) M.Com./ C.A./ I.C.W.A./ M.B.A. (Finance/ Banking). |
| (2) Preference will be given to C.A.I.I.B./ G.D.C. & A. |
| (3) If the selected candidate have not passed G.D.C.& A. then he/she must acquire G.D.C. & A. within a period of 2 years from the date of joining the services of the Bank. |
| (4) A candidate should have 5 to 7 years experience of Supervisory/Officer post in Bank and at least 3 years experience of Core Banking Solution is essential. |
| (5) Candidate should read, write and speak Marathi with fluency. |
