Educational Qualifications:
| (1) Possession of a valid driving license for Motor Car. |
| (2) Knowledge of motor mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicle). |
| (3) Experience of driving a motor car for at least 3 years. |
| (4) Pass in 10th standard. |
| (5) Desirable - 3 years' service as Home Guard / Civil Volunteers. |
Eligibility: From officials holding the post of Dispatch Rider on regular basis or regular Group C employees in Pay Band -1 Rs. 5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- in Ministries/ Departments of the Central Government.
The applications (in duplicate) in the prescribed proforma, may be sent through proper channel, duly countersigned by the Head of Office, together with the certificate from the Forwarding Authority and Copies of ACR/ APARs/ Work & Conduct Report for the last five years duly attested by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary, to the Under Secretary (Admn.), Room No. 225, Ministry of Power, Shram Shakti Bhawan, New Delhi-110001 within 60 days from the date of advertisement in the Employment News/ Rojgar Samachar (i.e. Last date will be 26/07/2018).
