✅ Job Description:
Section Officer: The Section Officer will assume responsibility for project planning, coordination, management, monitoring, and evaluation. This role entails overseeing the daily operations of the Project Management Unit (PMU) in relation to the aforementioned tasks. The Section Officer will handle all communication processing, including note-taking and drafting references, concerning the National Cyclone Risk Mitigation Project (NCRMP) with various relevant Ministries/Departments of the Government of India, States/Union Territories, and the World Bank.
Account / Administration Assistant: The Account/Administration Assistant will provide support to the Project Accounts or Administrative Officer and the Project Team in their respective tasks, including filing and paperwork to ensure the smooth execution of the project. This role will also involve handling budget-related tasks, coordinating internal and external audit activities, and managing correspondence with the World Bank regarding administrative matters, including the appointment of Specialist Consultants and other officials.
Deputy Project Director: Candidates with experience in managing externally aided projects and a strong understanding of the operations of international lending organizations such as the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank will be given priority in the selection process.
