Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 25 Years as on the date of publication. The Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Physically Handicapped/ Ex-Serviceman and Govt. Servant as per Govt. rules.
Pay Scale: ₹ 5200 - 20200 + Grade Pay ₹ 2000/- for Lab Assistant; ₹ 5200 - 20200 + Grade Pay ₹ 1800/- for MTS.
Educational Qualifications:
Lab Assistant ->
(1) Matriculation with Science Stream.
(2) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from a recognized Institution of one year duration.
(3) Desirable - 01 Year experience in Laboratory Work.
Lady Medical Attendant (MTS) ->
(1) Matriculation or equivalent pass from a recognized Board.
(2) Certificate in First Aid from Central Government or State Government recognized Institutions.
Medical Attendant (MTS) ->
(1) 10th (Matric) pass from a recognized board; and
(2) Certificate in First Aid from Central Government or State Government recognized Institutions.
Selection Process: Written Test / Interview.
How to Apply: Application must be typed on foolscap in double space strictly in prescribed proforma The completed application along with attested photo-copies of birth, caste, educational qualification and experience certificate should be sent to the Additional Director, Central Govt. Health Scheme, Plot No. 8 to 11, Ratan Lal Nagar, Kanpur-208022 by Speed post/ Registered post. Envelop containing the application must be super scribed in bold letters as " Application for the post of ______ [Lab Assistant, Medical Attendant (MTS) and Lady Medical Attendaant (MTS))]" alongwith the category ________ (SC/OBC/UR) to which the candidate belong. Separate application may be submitted for separate posts.
The closing date for the application form within 21 days of the publication of the communique in the Employment News (i.e. Last date will be 23/02/2018) and closing date for the candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Jammu & Kashmir Districts, sub division of Andaman Nicobar island of Lakshdeep and candidates residing abroad is 28 days of the publication.
