Age Limit: Not more than 45 Years for Principal, 18 to 43 Years for all other positions (as on 1st January 2018). Age Relaxation as per Govt. Rules.
Educational Qualifications:
Principal -> (a) Master's Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% of marks is desired in all levels of academic qualification. (b) B.T/ B.Ed from a recognized University. (c) Teaching experience in any of the Government/ Semi Government/ Government recognized/ CBSE affiliated Senior Secondary (10+2) School/ Inter College/ Private institutions.
Graduate Teacher (Arts) -> B.A. having 50% of marks in Graduation with B.Ed Degree from any recognized University and TET (Secondary/ Adarsha Vidyalaya/ CTET) Qualified.
Graduate Teacher (Science) -> B.Sc. having 50% of marks in Graduation with B.Ed Degree from any recognized University and TET (Secondary/ Adarsha Vidyalaya/ CTET) Qualified.
Computer Teacher -> Bachelor of Library Science (B.Lib) or Graduate with one year diploma in Library Science from a recognized institution.
Librarian -> BCA/ B.Sc (IT/CS) or BIT or DOEACC "B" Level or B.E/B.Tech. (IT/CS) or MCA or M.Sc. (IT/CS) with at least 55% of marks.
Lab Assistant -> Matric with 12th standard passed with Science stream from a recognized university or board with at least 45% of marks.
Selection Process: Written Examination and Personal Interview.
Application Fee: ₹ 400/- only for Genera and OBC Category candidates, ₹ 250/- for ST/ SC/PH candidates. The fee must be submitted in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Mission Director, RMSA, Assam payable at Guwahati along with the application. Note - Fore the post of Computer Teacher, the application fee of ₹ 200/- Only (For SC / ST / PH Candidates - ₹ 100/- Only).
