NCLT Recruitment 2017 Stenographers, Law Research Associate (37 Vacancies)


National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) New Delhi invites applications for engagement of Stenographers for filling up 21 Vacancies purely on contractual assignment for a period of one year. The last date for receipt of applications is 27th November 2017.

Educational Qualification:

(1) Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
(2) Having speed in English shorthand @ 100 wpm.

Selection Process: Skill Test and Interview. The candidates who are declared qualified in the skill test in English Shorthand will be called for Interview. The candidates who are called for interview will be required to submit self-attested copies of certificates and testimonials in support of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience, etc., and show the originals thereof for verification.

Essential Qualifications:

(1) Law Graduates (fresh or experienced) who have passed final year L.L.B examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks from a recognized university.
(2) The candidate should be enrolled with any Bar Council.
(3) The candidate must have knowledge of computer operation including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/ processors such as Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.
