Directorate of School Education, Government of Nagaland invites online applications from eligible Interested bonafide Indian Citizens for recruitment of Graduate Teacher (GT) in Maths and Science subjects under School Education. Educational Qualifications:
Mathematics ->
(1) Graduate in Mathematics, B.E, B.Tech with at least 50% marks relaxable by 5% for Scheduled Tribe/ Scheduled Caste/ Differently abled candidates at the Bachelor's degree level from a recognised university.
(2) B.Ed, B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed from any National Council of Teachers Education recognised institution; and
(3) The candidate must have cleared State Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by SCERT.
Science ->
(1) Graduate in Science stream with 50% marks relaxable by 5% for Scheduled Tribe/ Scheduled Caste/ Differently abled candidates at the
Bachelor's degree level from a recognised university.
(2) B.Ed, B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed from any National Council of Teachers Education recognised institution; and
(3) The candidate must have cleared State Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by SCERT.
Selection Process: Selection of Candidates in order of Merit shall be on the basis of the performance of candidates in the academic records and written examination with the following weightage:- (i) Academic Records = 40%, (ii) Written Examination = 60%. The written examination will be held on 25/09/2017 from 10:00 to 12:00 Hrs. and from 13:00 to 15:00 Hrs.
Examination Fee: The exam fee of ₹ 450 Only, The Fees once paid will not be refundable. The fee can be made through Online Payment eForm. Candidates who apply from any CSC may make payment by cash a sum of ₹ 500 of which ₹ 460/- is for examination & convenience fee and additional ₹ 40 for CSC service charge which includes scanning, filling up of eForm and transaction fee.
