Educational Qualification and Experience:
Company Secretary -> ACS with One year post qualification experience in a reputed large or medium scale Company as Company Secretary.
Finance Manager -> CA or ICWA with one year experience in a reputed large or medium scale Company in a senior position in the Finance Department or M.Com with CA intermediate / MBA (Finance) with 3 year experience in a reputed large or medium scale Company in a senior position in the Finance Department.
Marketing Manager -> MBA from recognised University acquired through a full time Course with Specification in Marketing with minimum 2 years post qualification experience in the field of marketing. Preference will be given to those who have experience in Companies where production and marketing of Plywood is carried out.
