Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE) Bangalore invites applications from Indian Nationals for the award of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) at GTRE, Bengaluru. The last date for receipt of applications is 28th April 2017.
About: GTRE, Bangalore under the aegis of Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India. GTRE is a pioneer in design, development, manufacturing & testing of aero gas turbine engines for defence applications.

Educational Qualifications:
(1) Graduate degree in professional course (B.E / B. Tech) from recognized University / Institute in First Division with valid GATE score (OR)
(2) Post graduate in professional course (M.E / M. Tech) from recognized University / Institute in First Division both at Graduate & Post graduate level.
Selection Process: Interview. The name of the shortlisted candidates will be published in DRDO website on 10th May 2017 for Interview at GTRE, Bangalore – 560093. The Interview will be held from 12th June 2017 onwards. Separate call letters will be sent to the selected candidates by post.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed application format. The duly filled application form along with self attested copies of Date of Birth, Mark sheets, GATE score card (if applicable), Degree certificate(s), Caste Certificate (if applicable) and testimonials on or before specified date.
The duly filled in application form can be sent to “Director, Gas Turbine Research Establishment, C.V. Raman Nagar, Bangalore - 560 093” through post only. The Candidates are required to enclose ₹ 10/- Indian Postal Order (IPO) in the name of Director, GTRE along with application form. However, candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ Women categories candidates are exempted from the payment. The envelope containing the application may be superscribed as ‘APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF JRF’. The last date for submission of applications is 28/04/2017.
