✅ Qualification: Ph.D. or equivalent degree in appropriate area with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree, with excellent academic record throughout.
✅ Experience:
✔️ Professor: Minimum 10 years teaching / research / industrial experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IIMs, NITIE, IISc Bangalore, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs or at an equivalent level in other Indian or foreign institution / institutions of comparable standards.
✔️ Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years teaching / research / industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.
✔️ Assistant Professor Grade- I: Minimum 3 years of teaching / research / industrial experience (exclusive period of doing Ph.D.). A fresh Ph.D. may be considered for the position of ‘Assistant Professor Grade – II’.

About: Indian Institute of Management Ranchi under Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
Educational Qualifications:
Chief Administrative Officer -> (a) Post Graduate degree in Management / MBA with good academic records. (b) Knowledge of Computer applications viz. MS-Office. (c) Minimum 15 years post qualification experience.
Manager (Legal) -> LLM Degree with good academic records. Minimum 05 years experience as an Advocate or a Law Officer.
Student Counsellor -> Master’s Degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology with specialization in counselling/PG Diploma in Counselling/ Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology/ Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology/ Master’s Degree in Social Work. Minimum 5-year relevant experience post qualification.
Social Media Manager -> Master’s degree in MBA (Marketing), Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, Digital Media or Mass Communication etc. 5years of relevant work experience in social and digital media platform.
