Educational Qualifications:
Industrial Relations Officer ->
(1) Must be a Law Graduate with membership of Bar Council.
(2) Minimum of 3 years bar experience in Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare
(3) Preference will be given to persons holding Diploma in Labour Laws.
Company Secretary ->
(1) Any degree from recognized University.
(2) Associate or Fellow of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 2-3 years experience.
Chief Accounts Officer ->
(1) B.Com.,/ M.Com., Degree
(2) ACA or AICWA/ACMA with 2 to 5 years experience in handling Financial matters in a reputed concern.
