Northern Railway Recruitment 2024 Age Limit: (As on 01/07/2024)
✔️ Level-2: 18 to 30 years.
✔️ Level-1: 18 to 33 years.
✔️ Age Relaxation as per Govt. Rules.
Northern Railway Recruitment 2024 Salary:
✔️ Group 'C' Posts: Pay Level 2 Basic Pay ₹ 19900/-
✔️ Erstwhile Group 'D' Posts: Pay Level 1 Basic Pay ₹ 18000/-
Northern Railway Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Group 'C' Posts:
(1) Passed 10 + 02 (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board.
(2) For Technical Posts- Matriculation/ SSLC plus ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT /SCVT (OR) Matriculation/ SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship.
✔️ Erstwhile Group 'D' Posts:
(1) For Civil Engg, Mech, Elect & S&T: 10th passed + National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT (OR) 10th pass + ITI.
(2) For Other Department: 10th Pass or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
Northern Railway Scouts and Guides Qualification:
(1) A President Scout/ Guide/ Rover/ Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder in any section.(2) Should have been an active member of Scouts Organization for the last 05 years. No one can be a member of two State Associations at the same time or simultaneously.
(3) Should have attended two events at National Level OR All Indian Railways Level.
(4) Should have attended two events at State Level.

About Northern Railway Exam:
The written test will consist of 40 objective questions (40 marks) & 1 essay type question (20 marks) relating to Scouts and Guides Organization and its activities and General knowledge for Pay Level-2, Basic pay 219900/- and Pay Level-1, Basic pay 218000/-. Objective questions will be with four optional answers and 1/3rd marks will be deducted for each wrong answer/deemed wrong answer.
Northern Railway Recruitment 2024 Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 500/- per candidates for General / OBC.
✔️ ₹ 250/- for SC, ST, Women, Ex-Servicemen, Minorities, PwD.
✔️ The fee should be paid through online mode.
How to Apply Northern Railway Recruitment 2024:
Eligible Indian citizens should apply online through the RRC Northern Railway Official Website (rrcnr.org) starting from 12th January 2024. Candidates must upload photocopies of required documents/certificates (proof of date of birth, essential educational and scouting qualifications, community certificates). The last date for online application registration is 17th February 2024, up to 12:00 hours.
