Age Limit: Scientist-C - 45 years, Stenographer - 18-30 years. Age relaxation up to 05 Years for Persons with physical disabilities.
Educational Qualifications:
Scientist-C (Restoration Ecology) ->
(1) Essential - 1st class M.Sc./ M.S. Post Graduate in Botany/ Zoology /Environmental Biology/ Environmental Science or equivalent and having at least five years research experience or Ph.D. in the above research area with at least four years research experience in the relevant field.
(2) Desirable - Research experience in the relevant area. Persons should be capable of carrying out independent research projects to fulfill the mandate of the institute.
Scientist-C (Microbiology) ->
(1) Essential - 1st Class Post Graduate M.Sc./ M.S. in Microbiology/ Industrial Microbiology/ Agricultural Microbiology or equivalent with at least five years research experience or Ph.D. in above research area with at least four years research experience in the relevant field.
(2) Desirable - Research experience in development and application of microbial organism in the field of industrial/ agricultural applications capable of carrying out independent research projects to fulfill the mandate of the institute.
Stenographer ->
(1) Essential - Graduate Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce with shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m., computer typing speed of 40 w.p.m. and knowledge of MS Word is essential.
(2) Desirable - Working experience with computer applications and information technology.
Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹ 500/- only (PH/SC/ST candidates are exempted from the payment of application fee) drawn in form of cross Demand Draft/IPO in favor of Director, Institute of Bioresources and Sustainable Development, Imphal.
