Essential Qualifications:
For Multi Tasking Staff (Ministerial) -> Matriculation Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board / Institution.
For Multi Tasking Staff (Non-Industrial) -> Matriculation Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board / Institution. Proficiency in relevant trade.
For Tradesman Skilled (Tailor/ Blacksmith/ ICE Crane Fitter) -> Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised Institute or Board with knowledge of English. Should have completed Apprenticeship Training in the trade. (OR) Mechanic or equivalent with two years regular service in the appropriate Technical Branch of the Army, Navy and Air Force.
For Telephone Operator -> Matriculation or its equivalent with English as a compulsory subject. Proficiency in handling of PBX Board. Desirable - Fluency in spoken English.
For Fire Engine Driver-II (now FED) -> Matriculation Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board. Must have at least three year experience of driving Heavy Vehicles and be in possession of valid driving license. Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties and must have passed the test as specified.
For Motor Transport Electrician Grade-II -> Matriculation Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board. 02 years experience as electrician in an Automobile Workshop.
For Boot Maker -> Matriculation Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board. Certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or equivalent in the appropriate/akin field or trade (OR) Candidate should have held the rank of Seamen-I or equivalent with 03 years' service in the appropriate technical branch of the Army, Navy or Air Force.
For Tradesman Mate (erstwhile MTS-Industrial) -> 10th Standard pass from a recognized Board/ Institution.
For Lascar OD (now Lascar-I) -> Matriculation Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board. Must know swimming.
