CGHS Recruitment 2017 Medical Attendant (24 Vacancies)

Government of India, Office of the Additional Director, Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), Jaipur invites applications from eligible candidates for Group 'C' Non-Gazetted Non-Ministerial posts of Medical Attendant and Lady Medical Attendant (MTS). Eligible candidates apply within 30 days from the date of advertisement in Employment News Paper dated 13th - 19th May 2017 Issue.

Age Limit: Between 18 to 25 years as on 13/02/2017. Age Relaxation as per Govt. Rules.

Educational Qualification:

(1) Matriculation (10th) or equivalent pass from a recognized Board;
(2) Certificate in First Aid from Central Government or State Government recognized Institution.

Selection Process: Written Examination. The exam shall be held at Jaipur.

Pattern of Exam:

(1) The Examinations shall be done in a conventional Paper Based Testing mode.
(2) The written examination shall be of single correct response, multiple choice questions (MCQ) type wherein each question shall be followed by four distracters with only one correct response. The examination shall comprise of 180 questions which shall have to be attempted by applicants in the stipulated 3 hours. For every correct answer one mark shall be awarded to the applicant and for every incorrect answer/attempt, 0.25 mark shall be deducted i.e. there shall be a negative marking of 25%.

Syllabus of the Exam:

(1) 25 Questions will be asked from each of the following subjects upto the level of Matriculation from Board of Secondary Educations - Hindi, English, Science, Social Science and Maths, (i.e. aggregate 125 questions will be asked from all of the above five subjects).
(2) First Aid Course - 30 questions will be asked with regard to the course of First Aid.
(3) General Knowledge - 25 questions will be asked with regard to the General History of India, Geography in relation to India, Current Affairs, Games & Sports and General Awareness.

How to Apply: Interested candidates should send their Applications with Admit Card (as per prescribed proforma) neatly typed/ Hand Written on A4 size paper on single side (English or Hindi) duly supported with self attested copies of certificates and photo ID (any one of Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving Licence and Passport) and also affixing a recent passport size photograph on the Application form which should be duly attested by Gazetted Officer with seal.
