Educational Qualifications:
Store Keeper ->
(1) Essential - 10+2
(2) Desirable - Basic knowledge of computer application having O level certificate as per Department of Electronics Accreditation Committee Certificate (DOEACC).
Durwan (Male) ->
(1) Matriculation.
(2) Must be physically FIT for the duties of Durwan as per specified standards indicated below: a) Height without shoes 165 cms, b) Chest - (i) Unexpanded 77 cms, (ii) Expanded 82 cms, c) Weight 45 kgs minimum. d) Screening Test - (i) Running 100 meters in 15 seconds.
(3) Desirable - Ex-Serviceman. Three years service as Home guard / Civil Defence volunteer and training in at least basic and refresher courses in Home guard and Civil Defence.
Cook (Canteen) -> Matriculation pass with one year experience in the trade.
Cook (NIE) ->
(1) Matriculation.
(2) Must possess knowledge of cooking.
(3) Must possess knowledge of hospital diets approved by a testing board for cooks attached to hospitals.
LDC ->
(1) Matric with 12th (HSSC) or equivalent.
(2) Typewriting @ 35 wpm in English or @ 30 wpm in Hindi on personal computer.
The candidates have to apply online through OF Ambajhari Website. For Sports Quota Posts - Forward the printout / hard copy of filled in application and send this application to the Sr. General Manager, Ordnance Factory Ambajhari, Nagpur-440021 along with attested copies of certificates/ diploma/ documents in support of age (date of birth) and essential qualification, category, certificates in the appropriate prescribed proforma from competent issuing authority for participation in respective sport events. The last date for submission of online applications is 17/06/2016.
Important Dates:
(1) Filling of on line application will start 7 days after the publication of advertisement in Employment News (to be counted from the 1st date of the week of publication.)
(2) Closing date of application on On Line system - 21 days from the date of publication of advertisement in Employment News, (to be counted from the next day of the last date of the week of publication)
(3) Closing date of receipt of hard copy of the application form filled on Online up to 7 days from the closing date of online application. Hard copy of application to be submitted by the candidates applying against Sports Quota only. Others will not Have to forward hard copy of application.
