Qualification and Experience:
General Manager (Marketing) –>
(1) Post Graduate in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Agri.Business Management/ Forestry from any recognized Agricultural Universities/ Agricultural Institutes with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Business Management of Marketing from Reputed Institutes.
(2) He must have minimum post qualification experience of 8 years in Planning, Marketing strategy, Monitoring Market Research, development of distributors network, pricing, Advertising and demand forecasting at a very senior level. Post Graduate Degree in Management science from IIM or IMM will be preferred.
General Manager (Processing) –>
(1) M.Tech.(In Agriculture Engineering). Preferably with specialization in Agriculture Processing Engineering from any recognized Agricultural Universities / Agricultural Institutes / Engineering Institutes.
(2) He must have minimum post qualification experience of 8 years in Seed Industry i.e. in the area of planning, processing, processing stores, installation and maintenance of Plant and Machineries, preparation of Project Reports,Material Management etc. at a senior level.
(3) Candidate having Ph.D.in Agriculture Process Engineering or M.B.A. or M.C.A. with sound knowledge of Computer will be given preference.
