Qualification and Experience:
Senior Scientist -> B.Tech./ M.Sc.with MBA with 3 years experience. OR M.E./ M.Tech. with 3 years experience. OR Ph.D.(Science) with two years experience.
Scientist -> B.Tech./ M.Sc. with MBA (1st class or 60% on an aggregate or equivalent GPA); OR M.E./ M. Tech. OR Ph.D. (Science) Submitted.
Senior Technical Officer / Technical Assistant & Junior Engineer -> (1) M.Sc. with 55% marks in any branch of Plant Sciences/ Agriculture/ Biotechnology / Life Sciences after 1 st Class B.Sc. (Science) with minimum five years experience in working in the area of molecular biology from recognized Institute/ Organisation. (2) M.Sc. in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Food Science/ Food Technology with 55% marks after 1st Class B.Sc. (Science) with minimum five years experience in developing products based on tea. OR B.Tech. in Food Technology/ Food Science with 55% marks with five years experience in developing products based on tea. (3) 1st Class B.Sc. in any branch of Agriculture / Horticulture / Floriculture with one year full time professional qualification or one year experience in Floriculture from a recognized Institute/ Organization. (4) 10+2 with Science subjects followed by 1st class Diploma in Civil Engineering / Technology of 3 years full time duration (2/2.5 years full time duration in cases of lateral admission after 10+2, if applicable) or its equivalent.

Technical Assistant ->
(1) 1st Class diploma in Engg./Tech. of 3 years full time duration in Biotechnology or its equivalent after 10+2 in Science stream OR 1st Class B.Sc. in Agriculture/Life Sciences with one year full time professional qualification/ experience of working in plant biology lab from recognized Institute/ Organization.
(2) 1st Class diploma in Engg./Tech. of 3 years full time duration in Biotechnology or its equivalent after 10+2 in Science stream OR 1st Class B.Sc.(Science) with one year full time professional qualification/experience of working in plant molecular biology lab from recognized Institute/Organization.
(3) 1st Class B.Sc. in Agriculture/ Chemistry/ Life Science with one year full time professional qualification/ experience of working in soil analysis or macro & micro-nutrient analysis of plant samples from recognized Institute/Organization.
(4) 1st Class B.Sc.in Agriculture or Horticulture having Floriculture as one of the main subjects with one year full time professional qualification or one year experience in Floriculture from a recognized Institute/Organization.
Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates to be called for INTERVIEW.
