Ordnance Factory Bhandara (OFBA), a unit of Munitions India Limited under the Ministry of Defence, invites offline applications for 60 tenure-based Danger Building Worker (DBW) posts on a contract basis. The recruitment targets Ex-Apprentices of AOCP trade with Ordnance Factory training or candidates with NAC in AOCP from NCVT. The engagement is initially for one year, extendable up to four years based on factory needs and performance. Applications must be submitted by 31st May 2025.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit (as on 31/05/2025):
UR: 18-40 years; OBC-NCL: 43 years; SC/ST: 45 years; Ex-Servicemen: Military service period + 3 years.
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
(1) National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) trade from NCVT.
(2) Ex-Apprentices of AOCP trade from Ordnance Factories preferred.
(3) Experience in manufacturing/handling explosives and hazardous chemicals desirable.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Merit based on NAC marks (80% weightage) and Trade Test/Practical Test (20% weightage, 100 marks).
✔️ Cut-off for Trade Test set by OFBA based on NAC marks.
✔️ Document Verification (including Police Clearance) before Trade Test, limited to the number of posts (Category-wise).
✔️ Common merit list for Ex-Apprentices and others; tie resolution prioritizes OFBA Ex-Apprentices, other Ordnance Factory Ex-Apprentices, older candidates.
✔️ Medical fitness certificate from Government Hospital required for joining.
