Educational Qualifications:
Management Expert -> B.Tech with MBA (Marketing) with more than 5 years experience in independent project management.
Technical Expert -> Master Degree in Horticulture with more than 5 years experience in crop management and seed production (preference for potato).
Financial Expert -> Chartered Accountant with more than 5 years experience in office accounting.
Cold Storage Expert -> B.Tech (Mechanical with specialization in Refrigeration with more than 5 years experience in cool chain / cold store development & management.
IT Expert -> B.Tech (Information Technology / Computer Science) with more than 5 years experience in prototype designing and software development.
Supporting Staff -> Bachelors degree in any stream, PGDCA with more than 3 years experience in data, file and fund management.
Selection Process: Only short listed candidates will be called for interview on 26.08.2015 in the conference hall of Directorate of Horticulture, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
