Educational Qualifications: Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with first class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) in the preceding degree, with a very good academic record throughout.


✔️ Professor: Minimum 10 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/ research/ industrial experience.
✔️ Associate Professor: Minimum of 6 years of experience of which at least 3 years post Ph.D. experience.
✔️ Assistant Professor: Minimum 03 years for Grade I and Minimum 01 year experience for Grade II.

✔️ Program Manager: ₹ 60,000 - 75,000/- per month
✔️ State Resource Coordinator: ₹ 40,000 - 45,000/- per month

Educational Qualifications:

✔️ Program Manager: Post Graduate Management/ Social Sciences/ Statistics/ Development Studies/ Rural Technology/ or related fields with a strong academic record from a reputed academic institution. Approximately five years of working experience in project management, preferably with a reputed national/ international organization in social development. Candidates without a post-graduate but with at least ten years of work experience and relevant work experience will be considered.

✔️ State Resource Coordinator: Master’s in Management/ Social Sciences/ Statistics/ Development Studies/Rural Technology/ or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in the development sector, rural development etc.
