District Project Office (DPO), Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Kendrapara invites applications from eligible interested candidates for engagement of Part Time Instructors in Physical Education / Art Education in the Govt. Upper Primary Schools of this District having enrolment of children more than 100. The last date for submission of applications is 20th July 2015.

Educational Qualifications:
Physical Education Instructor –>
(a) +2 with CPED/ Degree OR Post Graduate Degree in Professional Education.
(b)The certificate issued by Director of Sports, Odisha shall only be considered.
(c) Sports persons who have been issued with ID card by Sports & YS Deptt. in recognition of their achievement in Sport.
(d) In case of non-availability of candidate of the above qualification, sports persons with above age group having national level participation may be considered for engagement as Part Time Physical Instructor. Local persons (from the same district) may be given priority due to the part time nature of the job and for easy mobility.
Art Education Instructor –>
(a) BFA & BVA for the pass out students belonging to Visual Art and B.MUS pass out students belonging to Performing Art (the ration of Visual Art and Performing Art shall be 50:50)
(b) Upper age limit can be relaxed up to 10 years in case of non-availability of candidates.
(c) Reservation for PH candidates under Ortho. /Deaf.
(d) The BFA and BVA Art Degree from B.K. College of Art & crafts, Khalikote and private colleges of the State recognized by the State Universities may be considered as one of the eligibility criteria for engagement of Art Instructors (Visual Art).
(e) B.Mus Degree from the Utkal Sangeet Mahavidyalaya and other Government & Private Colleges of the State recognized by the State Universities may be considered for engagement of Art Instructors (Performing Art).
(f) The pass out students of V.D. Government College of Art and Crafts, Jeypore, +2 pass out students of Utkal Sangeet Mahavidyalaya, BBSR, B.K. College of Art & Craft, BBSR, Government College of Art & craft, Khalikote may be considered for engagement of Art Instructor.
(g) The Artist belonging to different Art Groups registered under Zilla Kala Sanskrutia Sangha and Block Kala Sanskrutika Sangha will be considered for utilizing their services. In case of non-availability of candidates of the above qualification, eminent artists who have State Level recognition may be considered for engagement. The district wise list of such candidates shall be provided by Director, Culture. Local persons (from the same district) may be given priority due to the Part time nature of the job and for easy mobility.
