Age Limit: 18 to 22 years for Stipendiary Trainees, 18 to 25 years for Technician as on 7th August 2019.
Stipend: ₹ 10500/- per month for the 1st year and ₹ 12500/- for the 2nd year for Stipendiary Trainees; Level 4 ₹ 25500/- for Technician / C; Level 3 ₹ 21700/- for Technician / B.
Educational / Technical Qualifications:
Plant Operator -> HSC (Matric + 12th class) pass in Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects) with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
Laboratory Assistant -> HSC in Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects) with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate (OR) SSC (with Science and Maths) with a minimum 60 % marks in aggregate plus trade certificate in Laboratory Assistant + NTC (ITI pass out) in relevant trade.
For all other Stipendiary Trainee posts -> SSC (with Science and Maths) with a minimum 60 % marks in aggregate plus NTC / ITI trade certificate in Fitter/ Welder / Turner/ Electrician/ Instrument Mechanic/ Electronic Mechanic/ AC Mechanic.
Technician/C (Boiler Operator) -> SSC + I Class Boiler Attendant’s Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
Technician/B (Painter) -> SSC (with Science and Maths) with a minimum 60 % marks in aggregate plus trade certificate (ITI / NTC) in Painter.
Physical Standards: Minimum Height: 160 cms. Minimum weight : 45.5 Kg. The Relaxable if the candidate is otherwise medically fit.

Minimum Educational Qualification:
Scientific Officer / C (Medical) -> MBBS + One year experience is essential.
Scientific Assistant/B (Civil) -> Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years after S.S.C) with minimum of 60 % marks.
Technician/B (Draughtsman) Civil -> Minimum 60 % marks in SSC or HSC with Science and Maths subjects and ITI Draughtsman (Civil) Trade Certificate of not less than one year duration.
Lower Division Clerk -> Matriculation or equivalent with 50 % marks. Minimum speed of 30 words per minute in typewriting in English. A physically handicapped person who is qualified to hold the clerical post, but does not possess the said qualification in typewriting may be considered for appointment, subject to the condition that the Medical Board attached to the Special Employment Exchange for handicapped or where there is no Special Board, a Civil Surgeon certifies that the said handicapped person is not in a fit condition to be able to type.
