Educational Qualification and Experience:
Labour Welfare Offficer -> Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations / Degree in Master Social Welfare should be from an institute Recognized by State Government of Haryana. Experience - 05 Years experience in the filed on Supervisory Post in a large Industry. Knowledge of Computer in Necessary. Computer course up to '0' level will be preferred.
Head Panman -> Matric 2nd Division in Science with Diploma in Sugar Boiling course from NSI, Kaepur OR VSI, Pune. Experience - 10 Years practical experience as Pan Incharge in a Sugar Mils.
Panman (Seasonal Permanent) -> Matriculate (Science) 2nd Division with Sugar Boiling Certificate Course. Experience - 05 Years as Assistant Panman.
