The Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi, is seeking applications from eligible government officers for filling 36 tentative vacancies in various positions on deputation (including short-term contract) basis. General Open candidates are not eligible. Applications must be submitted through proper channel within 60 days from the date of advertisement publication in the Employment News issue dated August 30, 2025.

✅ Age Limit:
Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territories, PSUs, or Autonomous/Statutory Bodies holding analogous posts or with specified years of service in lower pay levels.
✔️ Deputy Director (Corporate Law): Degree + LLB with 2 years experience in corporate law, or integrated LLB with 3 years experience. Desirable: Knowledge of evidence collection and prosecution.
✔️ Deputy Director (Investigation): Degree with 5 years experience in regulatory law enforcement or economic offence investigations. Desirable: CA/CMA/CS/LLB/MBA.
✔️ Senior Assistant Director (Banking): Degree with experience in banking operations or financial fraud investigations.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Based on deputation rules, including review of applications, ACRs/APARs, and vigilance clearance.
✔️ Shortlisted candidates may be called for further assessment if required.
