✅ IIGM JRF Place of Work:
The selected candidate will conduct their research either at the IIG Headquarters in Navi Mumbai or at one of the regional centers, namely EGRL in Tirunelveli, KSKGRL in Prayagraj, NEGRL in Shillong, or a magnetic observatory.
✅ IIGM JRF Age Limit:
Maximum 27 years as on 1st July 2024.
✅ IIGM JRF Scholarship & Tenure:
The duration of the tenure and the fellowship/stipend for the Research Scholar in the capacity of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) or Senior Research Fellow (SRF) will adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Indian Institute of Geomagnetism (IIG).
✅ IIGM JRF Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Candidates must possess an M.Sc./M.Sc.(Tech.) in disciplines such as Physics, Geophysics, Space Physics, Atmospheric Science, Applied Geology, Applied Mathematics, Applied Geophysics, Marine Geophysics, or related fields with a minimum of 60% or equivalent CGPA marks in their M.Sc./ M.Sc.(Tech.) program. Additionally, B.Sc. should have Physics or Mathematics as a subject.
(2) Candidates appearing for the final year of their Master's degree in the current year, with results expected before August 2024, are eligible to apply.
(3) A relaxation of 5% marks or equivalent grade is applicable for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/PwBD/Economically Weaker Section (EWS), as per the UGC notification, upon presentation of a valid certificate issued by the competent authority.

- The candidates must fill all details like Personal Information, Educational Qualification and other required details.
