On selection, Candidates will be enrolled for an exclusive 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) awarded by Bharathidasan University, Trichy at Banker's Quotient Academy, Coimbatore. On successful completion of the PGDBF program you will be offered a position of Management Trainee with DCB Bank Ltd. The closing date for online registration is 4th June 2015.

Eligibility: Candidates who have cleared CWE PO/MT III Test 2013 OR PO/MT IV Test 2014 of IBPS may appear directly called for the Interview process.

Selection Process: Written Test and Interview.

Written Test: The test will consist of multiple choice questions in the following 5 areas:- (1) Logical Reasoning, (2) Numerical Ability, (3) General Knowledge, (4) Information technology (Basics) and (5) English Comprehension. The test duration will be Two Hours Only.
