Eligibility: Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories/ or Autonomous bodies or Statutory bodies or Public Sector undertakings.
(a) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department;(OR)
(b) with two years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in pay band-2, Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4800 or equivalent; (OR)
(c) with three years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in pay band - 2 Rs 9300¬34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4600 or equivalent.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
(a) Post Graduate in Psychology from a recognised University; (AND)
(b) Post Graduate^ Diploma of one year duration in vocational guidance or counseling from a recognised University or Institution. Desirable:
One year experience in Psychological Assessment, Vocational Assessment and Placement Services in an Institute recognised by the Central or State Government or an autonomous body under the Central or State Government or a University recognised by the University Grant Commission or an institute recognised by the Regulatory Council.

(b) 2 years teaching experience in Physiotherapy from an Institute recognized by Central or State Government or an Autonomous body under Central or State Government or a University recognized by the University Grant Commission or an Institute recognized by the Regulatory Council.
