- GM/DGM (R&D): Full time Science Degree with First Class Full time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology with Ph.D in Chemistry / Ph.D in Pulp and Paper Technology. Experience: GM - Min 29 years; DGM - Min 26 years in R&D, Process Control, etc. in Pulp & Paper.
- AGM/AM (Tissue Marketing): First class Engineering Degree + First class MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing OR First class Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce + First class MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing OR First class MBA (Marketing). Experience: AGM - Min 23 years; AM - Min 8 years in Paper, Board & Tissue Marketing.
- AM (Marketing): Same as above. Experience: Min 8 years in Paper & Board Marketing.
- Assistant: Graduation in any discipline with certificate course in MS-Office. Experience: Min 5 years in a large organization.
