The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is inviting online applications for Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) positions. These positions are available in various streams, including General, Legal, Information Technology, Engineering (Electrical), Research, and Official Language.
Applications will be accepted online starting on April 13, 2024. The deadline for submitting applications has not yet been announced. The SEBI Grade A Official Notification will be released through SEBI Official website www.sebi.gov.in.

SEBI Grade A Officer Age Limit:
✔️ Maximum 30 years as on 31st March 2024.
✔️ Candidate must have been born on or after April 01, 1994.
✔️ Relaxation in age limits will be given as per applicable rules.
SEBI Grade A Officer Salary:
The pay scale of officers in Grade A is ₹ 44500-2500(4)- 54500- 2850(7)- 74450-EB- 2850(4)- 85850- 3300(1)- 89150 (17 years). Presently, the gross emolument including SEBI’s Contribution towards National Pension Scheme (NPS), Grade Allowance, Special Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Family Allowance, Local Allowance, Learning Allowance, Special Grade Allowance, etc. at Mumbai at the minimum of this scale is approx. ₹1,49,500/- p.m. without accommodation and ₹ 1,11,000/- p.m. with accommodation.
SEBI Grade A Officer Eligibility Criteria:
General: Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in any discipline/ Bachelor’s Degree in Law/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Chartered Accountant/ Chartered Financial Analyst/ Company Secretary/ Cost Accountant.
Legal: Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
IT: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any branch or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a post graduate qualification (minimum two years’ duration) in computer science/ computer application/ information technology.
Engineering (Electrical): Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Research: Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration/ Econometrics/ Quantitative Economics/ Financial Economics / Mathematical Economics/ Business Economics/ Agricultural Economics/ Industrial Economics/ Business Analytics. (OR) Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/ Quantitative Finance/ Mathematical Finance/ Quantitative Techniques/ International Finance/ Business Finance/ International and Trade Finance/ Project and Infrastructure Finance/ Agri. Business Finance. (OR) Master's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Statistics & Informatics/ Applied Statistics & Informatics/ Data Science/ Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning/ Big Data Analytics. (OR) Master's Degree in Mathematics and one year post graduate diploma in Statistics or related subjects.
Official Language: Master’s Degree in Hindi/ Hindi Translation with English as a subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level. (OR) Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/ English/ Economics/ Commerce with Hindi as a subject at Bachelor’s Degree level. (OR) Master's Degree in both English and Hindi/ Hindi Translation.
