Educational Qualification:
Deputy Keeper ->
(1) Essential - (a) A Master’s degree in Museology/ Fine Arts/ Archeology/ History from a recognized University And (b) 5 years working experience in a reputed Museum/Cultural Institution in a responsible position.
(2) Desirable - (a) Diploma in Museology for Non Museology Post Graduates, (b) Published works on Museum, (c) Computer Knowledge (M.S. Office), (d) Experience of using Collections Management software.
Deputy Keeper (Education) ->
(1) Essential - (a) A Master's degree in Museology/ Fine Arts/ Archeology/ History/ Mass Communication from a recognized University (AND) (b) 5 years experience in relevant field in a reputed Museum in a responsible position.
(2) Desirable - (a) Diploma in Museology for Non Museology Post Graduates. (b) Experience in Teaching/ Interpreting exhibits/ Planning and organization of educational work in Museums. (c) Computer Knowledge (M.S. Office). (d) Research experience with evidence of at least two published research papers on Museums or other educational topics or subjects. (e) Ability to speak fluently and flawlessly English and Urdu and Telugu or Hindi.

Conservation Assistant -> Master’s Degree in Chemistry /Conservation + 2 Years working experience.
Gallery Assistant -> Master's Degree in Museology /Archaeology /History or Fine Arts + 2 Years working experience.
Electrician -> 12th Class Pass and ITI Certificate in Electrical Trade + 3 Years experience.
Supervisor-cum-Overseer -> Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Electronics Engineering /Electrical Engineering + Three years practical experience. Officials under Central Govt. /State Govt. /PSUs/Central Autonomous bodies/ Universities.
Stenographer -> Graduate with 120 W.P.M in shorthand and 40 W.P.M in typewriting + 3 years working experience in Stenographic capacity. Employees of Central /State Govt. /Central Autonomous bodies/ Universities.

Essential Qualifications:

(1) Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Interior Designs/ Fine Arts or equivalent from a recognized University, and
(2) 7 years experience in layout of Galleries and organizing exhibitions in Museums/ Art Galleries/ Cultural Institutions at a Senior Level.
Curator (Conservation) ->
(1) Degree / Diploma in Museology.
(2) At least 2 years research experience in the field of Conservation.
(3) Should have attended in-service trainings on Conservation.
(4) Computer Knowledge (M.S. Office).
Deputy Curator ->
(1) A Master's degree in Museology / Fine Arts /Archeology /History from a recognized University (and)
(2) 5 years working experience in a reputed Museum / Cultural Institution in a responsible position.
