ITI Limited CMA Stipend: Stipend for 1st year ₹ 10,000, 2nd year ₹ 12,500 and 3rd year ₹ 15,000 for Metropolitan and ‘A’ Grade Cities. For other places, 1st year ₹ 8,000, 2nd year ₹ 10,000 and 3rd year ₹ 12,000

CMA Educational Qualifications: Candidates registered for the intermediate course on or after 1st January 2008 and having pass in intermediate examination from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI).

✔️ GM : Total emoluments at ₹ 1,04,898 (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of ₹ 20500- 600-26500 (pre-revised), plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules.
✔️ AGM : Total emoluments at ₹ 94,664 (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of ₹ 18500- 450-23900 (pre-revised), plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules.
✔️ DGM : Total emoluments at ₹ 89,547 (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of ₹ 17500- 400-22300 (pre-revised), plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules.
✔️ CMR :Total emoluments at ₹ 81,872 (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of ₹ 16000- 400-20800 (pre-revised), plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules.

Educational Qualifications:

✔️ Medical Services (GM / AGM): MBBS+ Post Graduate Degree. Post qualification experience of minimum of 18 years for AGM and 21 years for GM in the relevant area in a Medium/ Large Hospital.

✔️ GM- R&D: Post Graduate/ Graduate in Engineering with 60% of Marks for General/OBC and 58% of marks for SC/ST/PWD in Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and Electrical/ /Electronics / Embedded systems. 21 years post qualification experience.

✔️ MGR/ CMR / DGM (MM): Graduate in Engineering with 60 % Marks for General / OBC and 58% marks for SC/ST/PWD with Diploma in Material Management / Stores Management /Purchase / MBA with Materials Management. Post Qualification Executive Experience of minimum 09 years for Manager, 12 years for Chief Manager and 15 years for Dy. General Manager.

✔️ Deputy Manager – Data Centre: Graduate in Engineering with 60% of Marks for General/ OBC and 58% of marks for SC/ST/PWD in CSE/ IT/ECE/EEE with professional certification in the domain of Cloud Server / Storage/ Data base. Minimum 06 years post qualification experience.

✔️ Deputy Manager – Cyber Security: Graduate in Engineering with 60% of Marks for General/ OBC and 58% of marks for SC/ST/PWD in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE with relevant Security Certification such as OSCP, CISSP, CEH, CHFI or similar Security Certification. Minimum 06 years Post qualification Executive
Experience.

✔️ CMR - Data Centre & Sales Marketing: Graduate in Engineering with 60% of Marks for General/ OBC and 58% of marks for SC/ST/PWD in CSE/ IT/ ECE/ EEE with MBA Marketing. Minimum 12 years post qualification experience.
