Minimum Educational Qualification:
Upper Division Clerk ->
(1) A degree in Arts, Science or Commerce of a recognized university or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% marks.
(2) Desirable - (a) Minimum speed of 30 w.p.m in typewriting in English, (b) Knowledge of Computer Application, Data Entry & Processing.
Technician - B (Receptionist) ->
(1) SSC (Matric) / HSC with minimum 60% marks + one year certificate course in Receptionist / Hospitality Management with good communication skill.
(2) Desirable - Basic knowledge in computer operation.
Selection Process: Written Test (objective type) / Skill test / Trade Test. The Selection will be made on the basis of initial screening, and then qualifying in Written Examination. Candidates will have the option to write the paper in either Hindi or English. All tests will be held in Mumbai.
