Educational Qualification & Experience:
Deputy Directors ->
(1) Degree in Engineering in Aeronautical or Electrical or Electronics discipline(s) from a recognized University; OR Master's degree in Science in the subjects of Electronics or Physics.
(2) Experience - Eight years' experience in one or more of the following:-(a) Air Traffic Control with Aerodrome Control or Approach Control or Area Control rating, or (b) Licensing of Aerodromes or Flight Crew or Air Transport, or (c) Management of airside operations of major or international civil airport, or (d) Aircraft flying with Commercial Pilot License, or (e) Aircraft flying in Defence services, or (f) Flight Operations department of a scheduled airlines.
Associate Professor ->
(1) Good academic record with a Ph.D. degree in Arabic / Physics.
(2) A Master's Degree in Arabic / Physics with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
(3) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses and techology mediated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students.
(4) A minimum score of 300 points as stipulated in the Academic Performance In dicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) by the University Grants Commission.
(5) Experience - Minimum of eight years' of experience of teaching and or research in Arabic in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/Industry excluding the period of Ph.D research with evidence of published work and a minimum of five publications as books and or research / policy papers.
Senior Administrative Officers ->
(1) Degree of a recognized University.
(2) Experience Six years for Grade-I, Three Years for Grade-II administrative experience in a Government or Semi Government Organisation or Commercial Organisation of repute.
Assistant Directors Grade-II ->
(1) Master's degree in Economics from a recognized University or equivalent.
(2) Experience - Two years' experience in conducting and guiding investigation/ Surveys/ Research relating to small scale industries.
(3) Desirable - Experience of handling economic data pertaining to and knowledge of problems relating to small scale industries and/or other industries. Basic knowledge of computers applications currently used soft¬ware/packages for officers.
Station Officers ->
(A1) A Degree preferably in science from a recognized university or equivalent.
(A2) Station Officer's Course of NFSC, Nagpur or Grade-I Fire "E" or equivalent
(A3) Three years' experience in Fire Fighting in Civil/Defence Fire Service Organization/Public Undertaking in the capacity of Sub-Officer or equivalent.
(A4) Should have minimum Physical Standard i.e. Height-165 cms (relaxation of 5 cms for Hilly Area People); Minimum weight - 50 Kgs, Chest (Normal)- 81 cms, Chest (Expanded) - 86.5 cms. [OR]
(B1) Bachelor of Engineering (Fire) from a recognized university/institution or equivalent.
(B2) Should have Minimum Physical Standard i.e. Height = 165 cms (relaxation of 5 cms for Hilly Area People); Minimum weight - 50 Kgs. Chest (Normal) - 81 Cms. Chest (Expanded) - 86.5 Cms.
(C) Desirable - Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence.
Selection Process: Recruitment Test (RT) and Interview
