Educational Qualifications:
(a) Officers of the Central Government/Central Autonomous Body holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/Department (OR)
(b) Officers with 8 years regular service in the post of Lower Division Clerk in the scale of pay of ₹ 3050-75-3950-80-4590 (pre-revised), PB-1, ₹5200-20200 + ₹ 1900 (GP.) (Revised).
(c) Experience in Establishment, Accounts/Budget and General Administration.
(d) Good knowledge in computer operation is a must.
