✔️ Not more than 28 years as on 1st July 2023.

IOCL UGC NET Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must have appeared in the examination of UGC-NET December 2023 cycle from respective discipline (Mass Communication and Journalism).
IOCL UGC NET Recruitment 2023 Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and 2 years qualifying degree both obtained as Full time Regular course from Institution/ College/ University/ Deemed University duly recognized by UGC/ AICTE.
✔️ Corporate Communications - Post Graduate Diploma/ Master’s degree with specialization in one/ combination of the following specializations: Journalism / Mass Communication / Public Relations.
✔️ Human Resources - MBA/ Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) with specialization in one/combination of the following specializations: Human Resource / Industrial Relations / Labor Welfare / Personnel Management / Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labor Welfare.
✔️ Marketing - Master’s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing Management or an equivalent specialization.
IOCL UGC NET Recruitment 2023 Experience:
✔️ Minimum 02 years post qualification relevant work experience.

✔️ UGC-NET December 2023 exam
✔️ Personal Interview (PI)
✔️ Group Discussion (GD) and Group Task (GT)
