Educational Qualifications:
Assistant –>
(1) Bachelors Degree from a recognized University.

Eligibility:
Assistant –> Officers of the Central / State Government / Semi-Government / Statutory Autonomous Bodies, including Universities, Research or comparable Institutions holding -
(a) Analogous post on regular basis; or
(b) UDC in the pay-scale Rs.5200-20200/- (PB1) Grade Pay Rs.2400/- having 10 years regular service in the grade.
(c) Possessing essential educational qualification and experience as prescribed.
Accountant –> Officers from Central / State government /Semi-Government Statutory or Autonomous Bodies/Universities, Research Institutions etc. holding - Analogous posts on regular basis (OR)
10 years regular service in the pay-scale Rs.5200-20200/- (PB1) Grade Pay Rs.2400/- or Who have passed SAS or equivalent examination conducted by any of the organized Accounts Department of Central / State Governments.
