Educational Qualifications

PROFESSOR in Network Security

01

(1) An eminent scholar with Ph.D. in Computer Science/ Network security or allied areas and M.Tech. Network security having minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level.
(2) Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
(3) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology – mediated teaching learning process.

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR in Digital Forensics

(1) Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in M.Tech./MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science/ M.Sc. Forensic Science with specialization in Digital Forensics or Information Technology /MS in Digital Forensic and Information Assurance with B.E./B.Tech. from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Together with a Ph.D. Degree in related area.
(2) A minimum of eight years teaching and/or research experience in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry excluding the period of Ph.D. research with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
(3) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology – mediated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students.

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR in Network Security

(1) Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in M.Tech. Network security with B.E./B.Tech. from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Together with a Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science/ Network security or allied areas.

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in Software Engineering

(1) M.Tech./MCA/M.Sc./M.S. in Computer Application/ Software Engineering or MS Digital Forensic and Information Assurance with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) with B.E./B.Tech.
(2) Ph.D. Degree in Computer Application/ Software Engineering or allied areas or 2-3 relevant years’ Industrial experience.

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in Homeland Security

01

(1) M.Sc. /MS in Homeland Security or with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed)
(2) Ph.D. Degree in Homeland security or allied areas or 2-3 relevant years’ teaching experience.
