Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank (BRKGB) (Sponsored by Government of India, Government of Rajasthan & Bank of Baroda) invites applications form eligible candidates for recruitment of Officer Junior Management - Scale I Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) who have appeared and Qualified at the Common Written Examination (CWE) for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September / October 2013.

Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years. Age Relaxation -> 5 Years for SC/ST; 03 Years for OBC; 10 Years for PWD Category.
Probation Period: 02 Years for Junior Manager Scale-I; 01 Year for Office Assistant (Multipurpose).
Educational Qualifications:
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) ->
(1) Bachelor Degree or its equivalent of a recognized University in any discipline.
(2) Essential - Proficiency in local language i.e. Hindi and must have passed "Hindi" as one of the subjects at Matriculation/10th Standard.
(3) Desirable - Knowledge of Computer skills.
Officer Scale-I -> Bachelor degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary.
Pre-Requisite Qualification: Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 should have obtained the following Total Weighted Score (Qualifying Standard Score)

Selection Process:
(a) Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
(b) Personal Interview - Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to bank, the number, equivalent to three times the number of vacancies short¬listed based on their Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS). Remaining applicants, if any will not receive an interview call from the Bank. The total marks for Interview will be 30 out of total 100 marks allotted for written test & Interview. The minimum qualifying marks of interview shall be 40 percent of the total marks allotted for interview. The Interview will be held at Ajmer Centre.
Application Fee: Rs.20/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates; Rs.100/- for all other candidates. The payment towards application fee can be made through CBS from any of the Branches of Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank in the respective Account.
