Educational Qualifications:
Reader/Associate Professor -> Masters Degree in Nursing. 10 Year experience in a College of Nursing (If a candidate is not available, 5 years of experience in College of Nursing with an aggregate of 10 years teaching experience.)
Lecturer -> Masters Degree in Nursing. 3 Years teaching experience after M.Sc (N).
Tutor / Clinical Instructor -> M. Sc. (N) or B. Sc. (N) with 1 year experience or Basic B.Sc. (N) with post basic diploma in clinical specialty.
