✅ Age Limit:

✔️ Maximum 26 years for Graduate / Technician Trainee posts.
✔️ Maximum 30 years for Junior Supervisor and Personal Secretary posts.
✔️ Maximum 35 years for Tradesman Trainee posts.
✔️ Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC (NCL) and 10 years for PWD.

✅ Pay Scales:

✔️ Graduate Trainee / Diploma Trainee: Consolidated Monthly Stipend ₹ 30850/- per month plus HRA/ company accommodation as applicable (S-0 Grade)
✔️ Junior Supervisor: ₹ 25000 - 44000/- (S-1 Grade)
✔️ Personal Secretary: ₹ 25000 - 44000/- (S-1 Grade)
✔️ Tradesman Trainee (IT): Consolidated Monthly Stipend ₹ 20000/- per month after successful completion of training, Regular pay scale is ₹ 22000 - 88000/-

✅ Educational Qualifications:

✔️ Graduate Trainee (Finance): CA intermediate or CMA intermediate/ Graduate in Commerce from a recognized Indian University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for SC candidates and 60% marks in aggregate for others.

✔️ Graduate Trainee (HR): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Indian University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

✔️ Diploma Trainee (Technical): 3 years Diploma in Mining / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering from an Institute recognized by AICTE or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for SC/ST candidates and 60% marks in aggregate for others.

✔️ Junior Supervisor: Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English / English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. Minimum 01 year relevant post qualification work experience.

✔️ Personal Secretary: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level with Typing speed of 40 wpm in English and Stenographic skills. Knowledge of Computer is essential and shall be proficient in MS Office, etc. Minimum 01 year post qualification experience.

✔️ Tradesman Trainee (ITI): Must have passed SSC or equivalent Examination from a Board recognized by the State/ Central Government with ITI / NAC with two years’ experience in the relevant Trade/ Discipline.

✅ Educational Qualification and Experience:

✔️ Chief Manager (Technical) / Senior Manager (Technical): Graduate in Engineering. Minimum 20 / 16 years experience.

✔️ Manager (Legal): Graduation in Law (LLB) (3 years duration) or it's equivalent. Minimum 9 years of post-qualification experience.

✔️ Manager (Security): Should be a Graduate and not below the rank of a Captain in Indian Army or equivalent rank in Indian Navy/Indian Air-Force working/retired from Indian Defence Services. (OR) Should be a graduate and not below the rank of Dy. Commandant or equivalent in Para Military Services viz. CISF, CRPF, BSF ,etc.

✔️ DGM (HRM): Graduation in any discipline with Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma (minimum 2 years) / MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or any equivalent. Minimum 15 years experience.
