✅ IREL Tradesman Trainee Age Limit:
Maximum 35 years for all above posts.
✅ IREL Tradesman Trainee Stipend / Pay Scale:
Stipend during training: consolidated stipend of ₹ 20,000/- per month.
Pay Scale after training: ₹ 22000- 88000/- (W-3 Grade).
✅ IREL Tradesman Trainee Eligibility Criteria:
Tradesman Trainee (ITI) - Fitter/Electrician
- ITI/NAC in Fitter/Electrician.
- Two years' experience in the relevant Trade/Discipline in a reputed Industrial Establishment, including on-the-job training or apprenticeship training, if any.
- For Electrician Trade: A valid statutory license is essential.
Tradesman Trainee (ITI) - Attendant Operator-Chemical Plant
- ITI/NAC in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) or 2 Science (Intermediate/Higher Secondary) with Chemistry as one of the subjects and 50% marks in aggregate.
- Two years' experience in the operation of Chemical and allied Process Industry, including apprenticeship training, if any.

✅ IREL Tradesman Trainee Exam 2024 Details:
The written exam, duration 1.5 hours in one sitting, comprises two papers. Paper-I includes 50 objective questions on Professional Knowledge, while Paper-II contains 50 questions on General Knowledge, Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and General English. Each question carries 1 mark, and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
