Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in any discipline. Degree in Law will be an added advantage. Candidates with higher qualification will be preferred.

Experience:

(a) Central / State Govt., Group 'A' Officers with 18 years service or Group 'B' Officers with 20 years service with minimum 15 years of working in the field of management of Vigilance functions in Govt. / PSU / Autonomous Bodies.
(b) Minimum Experience required for PSU is 18 years with 2 years in next below grade in E-6, IDA Pay Scale of Rs.43200-3%-66000/-.
(c) Candidates with experience of working of Vigilance functions in both Govt, .and PSU will be preferred.

Selection Process: Shortlisted Candidates will be called for Personal Interview.

Candidates employed in Government / Semi-Government / Public Sector Undertaking are required to submit their applications through Proper Channel or alternatively, produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC). The closing date for submission of application shall be 15/10/2014.

Educational Qualifications:

GET (Met., Chem., Mech., Elect.) -> Full time Degree in Engineering from recognized Indian University/Institution in Metallurgy, Chemical, Mechanical and Electrical with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Graduation (55% for SC/ST) or equivalent.
GET (Systems) -> Full time Degree in Engineering from recognized Indian University/Institution in Computer Science/ Information Technology or MCA with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Graduation as well as Post Graduation (55% for SC/ST) or equivalent.
MT (HR, M&C, Marketing) -> Graduate in any stream with full time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma from recognized Institution in Human Resource, Materials & Contracts and Marketing with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Graduation as well as Post Graduation (55% for SC/ST) or equivalent.
MT (Finance) -> CA / ICWA from recognized Institution.
Medical & Health Services -> MBBS with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in the respective specialization.
For Other Disciplines -> Bachelor Degree in relevant field.

Experience: The minimum experience required for posts in different Grades – Two Years.

Selection Process: The selection procedure for posts in Grades E-1 to E-4 shall be Written Test followed by Personal Interview of the short-listed candidates. Selection to posts in E-5 and above Grades shall be based on Personal Interview of the screened and short-listed candidates.

Application Fee: Rs.750/- for General and OBC Category Candidates; Rs.250/- for SC / ST / PWD / Female Candidates. The fee shall be paid through Account Payee Demand Draft (DD) drawn on any Scheduled Bank in favour of Hindustan Copper Limited and payable at Kolkata with a validity period of three (03) months.
