Educational Qualifications:
SCIENTIFIC OFFICERS -> M.Sc. degree in relevant disciplines AND two years experience in a Government department/ public sector undertaking or any other organization. Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.
SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANTS -> M.Sc. degree in relevant disciplines (AND) Passed in B.Sc. Examination with Physics or Mathematics as one of the subject. Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.
Age Limit: 18 to 38 Years as on 01/01/2013. Age Relaxable upto 45 years for all States/ Central Government employees; relaxed upto 42 years for Widows, Divorcees and certain other Categories of Women; upto 48 years for Physically Handicapped of Punjab.
Application Fee:
* Rs.1125/- for SC.ST of all states and Backward Classes of Punjab.
* Rs.1750/- for Physicalled Handicapped, Punjab State Candidates
* Rs.3000/- for All others categories (Including Lineal Desicendent of Ex-Servicemen, Punjab)
* No fee for Ex-Servicemen candidates.
How To Apply: Eligible candidates can only apply by Filling online application from from PPSC official website on or before 23/12/2013 by 11:59 PM. The Printout of the Filled Online Application Form (Hard Copy) along with copy of Bank Challan and relevant documents reach to "The Office of the Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission" on or before 06/01/2014.
