About WB Employment Bank: It is a joint initiative by WB Labour Department and WB Information Technology Department and also support from WB Higher Education Department and WB Technical Education & Training Department. The Employment Exchange main purpose is placing right candidates to WB state Govt Department / Service vacancies. It is the premier placement agency mainly for non- Public Sector Unit (PSU) vacancies arising in state Government establishments and undertakings.
