✅ Eastern Railway Sports Quota Age Limit:
Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years. The date of reckoning of age shall be 01.01.2025. No age relaxation (Upper or Lower) shall be permissible.
✅ Eastern Railway Sports Quota Salary:
✔️ Category-1: PB-1(₹ 5200-20200) with GP ₹ 2400 or 2800 (Level-4 OR Level-5 of Pay Matrix as per 7thCPC)
✔️ Category-2: PB-1(₹ 5200-20200) with GP ₹ 1900 or 2000 (Level-2 OR Level-3 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC)
✔️ Category-3: PB-1(₹ 5200-20200) with GP ₹ 1800 (Level-1 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC)
✅ Eastern Railway Sports Quota Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Level 4 or 5:
Graduation or equivalent from a Govt. recognized University/Institution.
✔️ Level 2 or 3:
Passed 12th (10+2) or equivalent from a Govt. recognized Board/Institution. OR, passed Matriculation plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship. OR, passed 10th from a recognized Board plus ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) by NCVT.
✔️ Level 1:
Passed 10th or equivalent, or ITI or equivalent, or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) by NCVT, from a Govt. recognized Board/Institution.
✅ Eastern Railway Sports Quota – Minimum Sports Norms:
✔️ For Category (1): Represented the country in Olympic Games (Senior Category) or secured at least 3rd position in World Cup (Junior/Senior Category) or World Championships (Junior/Senior Category) or Asian Games (Senior Category) or Commonwealth Games (Senior Category).
✔️ For Category (2): Represented the country in World Cup (Junior/Senior Category) or World Championships (Junior/Senior Category) or Asian Games (Senior Category) or Commonwealth Games (Senior Category) OR at least 3rd position in Commonwealth Championships (Junior/Senior Category) or Asian Championships/Asia Cup (Junior/Senior Category) or South Asian Federation (SAF) Games (Senior Category) or USIC (World Railway) Championships (Senior Category) OR at least 3rd position in Senior/Youth/Junior National Championships OR at least 3rd position in National Games organized under the aegis of Indian Olympic Association OR at least 3rd position in All India Inter-University Championships organized under the aegis of Association of Indian Universities OR 1st position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category).
✅ Eastern Railway Sports Quota Examination Fee:
✔️ ₹ 500/- + Service Charges only for General and OBC Category Candidates.
✔️ ₹ 250/- + Service Charges only for SC, ST, Women, Minorities and Economically Backward Classes Candidates.
✔️ The fee should be made through online payment gateway.

➢ Eligible Candidates are required to fill online application form through RRCER Recruitment portal (rrcrecruit.co.in).
➢ Fill Basic information viz. Sports Details, Name, Father’s name, Date of Birth, Community, e-mail address and Mobile number etc.
➢ The candidates are required to upload required documents such as Photograph, Signature, LTI and relevant documents
➢ On submission of required details an e-mail/ SMS will be received in the registered e-mail ID/ Mobile number. Open inbox of your registered e-mail/ SMS and note the registration number and password.
