Compensation: During 01 year period of training, the stipend is ₹ 24,900/- per month. After successful completion of training, the candidates will be considered for placement in Officers Grade 'A" with a probationary period of 12 months on a pay scale of ₹ 60,000 - ₹ 1,80,000.
Educational Qualification: 02 years full time regular course of MBA / PGDM with specialization in Finance from AICTE / UGC recognized Institute / University / Deemed University.
Selection Process: Written Test and Interview.

Upper Age Limit: 30 Years for GET and MT Positions and 32 Years for Officer Finance (As on 1st January 2018)
Compensation:
For MT / GETs -> Selected candidates will be go on 01 Year training period, during training a consolidated stipend of ₹ 24,900/- per month, which is due for revision. After successful completion of training, the candidates will be considered for placement in Officers Grade 'A' with a probationary period of 12 months on a pay scale of ₹ 60,000 - ₹ 1,80,000.
For Officer Finance -> Selected candidates shall be placed in Officer Grade 'A' with a probationary period of 12 months on a pay scale of ₹ 60,000 - ₹ 1,80,000.
Essential Qualifications: (From UGC or AICTE recognized University/ Institutions)
GET (Chemical) -> First class degree (B.E/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. Engineering) in Chemical Engineering discipline with minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
GET (Electrical) -> First class engineering degree (B.E/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. Engineering) in Electrical discipline having minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
GET (Instrumentation) -> First class degree (B.E/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. Engineering) in Instrumentation Engineering or Instrumentation & Control Engineering or Instrumentation & Electronics Engineering discipline having minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
GET (Mechanical) -> 1st class engineering graduate (B.E/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. Engineering) in Mechanical Engineering discipline with minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
GET (Civil) -> First class degree (B.E/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. Engineering) in Civil Engineering discipline having minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
GET (IIS) -> First class degree in Computer Science discipline having minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
Management Trainee (Finance) -> Two years full time MBA/ PGDM with specialization in Finance from AICTE/ UGC recognized Institute/ University/ Deemed University having minimum 60% marks.
Officer (Finance) -> Chartered Accountant (CA) and having Associate Membership of ICAI.
Job Location: The selected candidates may be posted at any of the Units /installations/ projects/ offices, etc. of Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) or any of the subsidiaries/ Joint Ventures of NRL/ Holding company of NRL or deputed to any Department of Govt. of India/ other PSUs, etc.
Selection Process: Written Examination, Personal Interview and / or Group Discussion. Shortlisted candidates will be called for next level of selection procedure.
